Terms of Use — SAC Research Center

The SAC Research Center (“RESEARCH CENTER”) is a proprietary collection of materials compiled, collected and organized by Securities Arbitration Commentator, Inc. (“SAC”) for the benefit of its subscribers and other permittees. Much of the information contained therein is the original creation of SAC and its officers, employees, contractors and consultants. The following covers all functions of the RESEARCH CENTER, including but not limited to the Search Back Issues searchable library of SAC and SLC publications, the Award Surveys, and the Arbitrator Research Base (“ARB”). In addition, ARB is also covered by additional terms and conditions which may be found in the Terms of Use on the ARB Page.

You are requested to read these Terms of Use, as our permitting your use of the RESEARCH CENTER is expressly conditioned upon your compliance with such Terms of Use. You acknowledge through your use of the RESEARCH CENTER that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. You also agree that any use of the RESEARCH CENTER that does not comport with the provisions of this Terms of Use is an unauthorized use, which may constitute a breach of the Terms of Use Agreement and a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

The contents of the RESEARCH CENTER are provided to you for your personal use. In no event may you offer any materials retrieved from the RESEARCH CENTER for commercial purposes or as part of a service bureau, time-sharing, membership benefit, or other similar collective use or arrangement. You further agree that you will not sell, make available to, or license to others, any such materials, either individually or as part of a compilation, either in printed, electronic or any other medium. In that connection:

• You may not use search “robots” or other automated processes to access
   the RESEARCH CENTER.
• You may not download in bulk substantial portions of the RESEARCH CENTER.

SAC reserves all rights granted by the intellectual property laws of your jurisdiction and further reserves all rights not expressly granted to you, including, but not limited to, the right to alter, modify, update, enhance or improve, decompile, deconstruct, reverse engineer, sell or transfer to others the RESEARCH CENTER and its constituent parts.
